Cancellation Policy
Orders or service requests once confirmed may not be cancelled after processing has started. Cancellation requests, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customized or special-order jewellery items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking or payment gateway timelines.

Return Eligibility
Products showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, modification, tampering, or alteration may not be eligible for return or refund.
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery for verification and support.
Returned products must be accompanied by original invoices, certificates, tags, and packaging wherever applicable.
